I`m Shekhar from India, research scholar at IIT Mandi. My major topic is a Differential equation.

Availability: My teaching style is quite different than the others. I have an ability to bond the students, to understand and resonate with their feelings and emotions. To communicate on their level. To be compassionate with them when they are down and to celebrate with them when they are up. I think It is really your students who make you a good teacher because it is their reaction to your actions that confirm your skills.
