1-1 teaching for 3 years, mainly teaching Humanities and linguistics subjects. High rates of distinction for English and History. From 2019, my students` distinction rates have been steady at 70%, having taught a batch of 8 students. Expect big improvements with an average of 3 grades jump. 

My teaching extends to tuition centre as well school teaching internship. Both opportunities have sharpened my skills to cater to different student learning curves. Through component-specific targeted exercises, my lessons offer you the opportunity to master the principles of the subject on a deeper level, developing your confidence for exams. My classes will improve your child’s grammar knowledge and skills with grammar drills, editing and sentence reconstruction exercises. Learn to edit writing for grammatical accuracy and clarity to avoid loss of marks.
Comprehension, summary and critical thinking passages cover a wide range of general knowledge topics and current affairs to help students develop a global perspective and build a repository of strong evidence for essay writing. 

This learning approach is very adaptable and allows to you largely learn at your own pace and focus on what you find the most interesting, while still allowing a guaranteed comprehension of critical fundamentals.

Experience: I`ve been teaching English at Thoughtsbox tuition centre for a year. I`m proficient in the `O` and `N` Levels English syllabus, having taught over 15 graduating students. As a full-time teacher for 3 years, I`ve designed and executed independent class plans and long-term goals for every student. I`m hoping to make an impact on every student and install passion for English.
