On my stay at University and in my workplace I develop interpersonally and communication skills, both oral and written, looking for creative and innovative ways to perform the task, problem-solving and strategic planning ability, analytical skills, flexibility in doing the thing and making the decision and foremost I have the ability to cope with pressure and challenges. Besides, I enjoy working in a team, but I am also comfortable working on my own. Furthermore, I am a good communicator, energetic, hard worker, having a high desire for change, and ethical.

Availability: I am a full-time student but I am on the way t0 finish my course work and left with thesis only. so I can adjust my time and available when needed.

Experience: I do have a ten (10) year experience as lecturer and researcher in Debre Berhan University. In addition to my major duties (Lecturing, doing research and providing training) I do have also a strong engagement on other actives in my college and university. For instance, I prepared a curriculum for entrepreneurship department both for MA and BA program. Besides in 2017/18 with my friends we establish a private Business College (Birhan College) in Debre Berhan town. I was the founding member and acting as a vice Dean for the college for 9 months. At this position, I coordinate and participate on strategic plan preparation, salary scale construction, need assessment, business plan, Curriculums development, HR policy preparation, development of legislation, research and quality assurance policy, guidance and counseling manual development and participate in requirement and selection of staffs.
I also delivered training for different target groups for instance; for female academic staffs on the concept and applicability of leadership, good governance and women empowerment, and entrepreneurship training for dropout students (who are leaving the campus for good) which highly emphasizing on entrepreneurial motivation, business idea generation, customer handling and the mechanisms for soliciting seed capital
