I am a multidisciplinary engineering consulting professional, with 11 + years extensive international experience in developing and overseeing technically sophisticated and customised transport infrastructure systems. I have successful track record of bid management, contract management and project delivery of railway infrastructure and logistics projects - I have taken a leading role in over 20 successful proposals and have delivered over 15 comprehensive and bespoke railway infrastructure projects, from feasibility to implementation. It is a Digitalization/Digital Engineering Project of Freight Logistics (Ocean, Air, Land, and future Rail - Qatar Freight Master Plan) including Data Centre Design, Set up and Implementation. Using GIS (ESRI) IT Data. I lead the team for data collection, database design, digitalization, forecasts, and implementation.

October 2016 - present: Senior Project Manager (Southeast Asia), DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH

• My current role involves leading several engineering bid and project teams to prepare technical and financial business proposals, and implement and deliver successful projects to clients on time and within budget, with full P&L ownership, and technical, financial and team leadership;
• I played a key role in developing business in the region. I have produced tangible business growth both in terms of placing new products in the market and expanding market presence generally in South East Asia - I successfully secured the award of six consecutive projects in Singapore and three projects in Taiwan with approximate contract value of €19m. I was responsible for the bid preparation and subsequent delivery of these projects, producing annual revenue of approximately €9m and average EBIT of 10%;
• I actively contributed to the successful establishment of branch offices in the South East Asian region and hold deputy Power of Attorney for branches in Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia and Thailand.
